I have lived in a one hundred year old farm house with one husband, an assortment of children, dogs, cats, goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, ducks, deer, skunks and white rats for over thirty years.

My valley is thirty miles east of Salem in a rural section of Silverton. It is farmland and very beautiful. I paint the flower fields, the harvested hay fields and the fields as they lay fallow in the winter. I love the way the roads twist and wind through the countryside. I travel these roads often by bike, horseback, on foot or by car. I never tire of the colors, shapes and patterns of the Willamette Valley. Each season brings dramatic changes, each season brings more reasons for me to create.
